from the former President |

To My FOHCAS Friends-
I have officially resigned from the FOHCAS Board
President position as of March 1, 2008.
I leave the FOHCAS organization with a clear
conscience knowing the time and energies I put
forth
for FOHCAS were for a good cause-the animals of
Habersham County. The many mountains encountered
and
the multiple road blocks that were endured have
made
the shelter a better place. I will always
continue to
support the animals at the shelter.
I have thoroughly enjoyed meeting new friends,
sharing stories-the happy and the sad, and
especially
working with you all. You have never failed
FOHCAS
and have stood by us when we needed you. Please
continue your efforts for the animals of
Habersham
County.
I leave FOHCAS with a heavy heart but know I
have
exhausted my energies there. Please know I am
diligently working with the new President, Steve
Shi,
to make his transition into the position as
effortless
as possible. I will work with him as long as I
am
needed. I feel confident he will continue to
move
FOHCAS in the right direction.
