QUILT RAFFLE TO BENEFIT FOHCAS – RULES AND DISCLAIMERS

The winner need not be present to win.   If the winner is not present, notification will be made by phone and US mail.

The drawing will be on May 19, 2007 at approximately 2:00 PM.

Drawing Location: Mountain Laurel Festival, Pitts Park.  In the case of unfavorable weather, the drawing may be held at an alternate location according to the discretion of the Board of Directors, FOHCAS.

All persons are eligible to win the prize, with the only exclusion being the donor of the quilt and her spouse.

The Raffle winner shall take the real property in "as is" condition and must claim prize within 30 days.

ALL proceeds of the Raffle will be donated to Friends of Habersham County Animal Shelter.

All decisions regarding the management of Raffle will be at the sole discretion of the FOHCAS Board of Directors.
