Goals

With your help, we want to

Find a store front to house FOHCAS until we can build our own shelter

Save more animals by expanding our off-site adoption program

Implement a thriving foster home program

Set up and maintain a low income assistance spay-neuter program

Work with Animal Control to save as many animals as possible

Maintain a full Executive Board of Directors and add new members
