From the first days of FOHCAS, the mission has been about homeless and unwanted animals. Today, this mission is challenging us to look beyond the walls of the shelter to the larger picture of animal welfare in Hardin and surrounding counties and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
In 2022, the FOHCAS board dedicated itself to expanding our advocacy efforts for homeless dogs and cats.
